3.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be completely accurate and correct. No false information may be given for name, date of birth, mobile number, or payment details. cvc99 may request submission of identity documents (NID, passport) at any time.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password completely confidential. Do not share your login credentials with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

4.1 Deposit Terms

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds at cvc99: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank).

Deposited funds must come from a registered payment account in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

New users will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. After claiming the bonus, wagering requirements must be met before withdrawal.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement applies on the bonus amount (on the bonus only, not on deposit + bonus).

5.3 General Bonus Policy

• Bonuses must be used within a specified period; any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled after expiry.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless stated otherwise.
